Scheduling Instructions
Select the inspection service, enter the property and contact information, then choose an available appointment time. Your appointment request will be reviewed and confirmed before the inspection is finalized.
Contact Information
Client information is required to submit an appointment request. Enter the information for the person the inspection is being performed for. If you are an agent ordering the inspection for yourself and there is no separate client, enter your own information in the Client section.
Please include in the notes:
- Access or combo-box instructions
- Any other property or access information that may affect the inspection
Note: Please call or text before requesting an appointment for single-family homes over 6,000 sq. ft., condos or townhomes over 4,000 sq. ft., or properties with more than four units.
